The Federal Government is offering 2009 Tax Credit to 1st time home buyer(s) (or if you haven't purchased a home in 3 yrs).
You can received 10% of the purchase price of your new home up to $8,000 from the Federal Government. You just need to purchase your home before December 21, 2009 to claim the money. Best of all, this is not a loan from the Government, you do not have to pay this money back.
